Purchasing a diffuser can run upwards of $50 depending on the quality of oils and reed diffusers, but making your own is extremely simple and just as efficient. In addition to saving yourself some money, you have the ability to customize the fragrance to your heart's content, ensuring your mind and body are put at ease.Things You'll Need
- Glass bottle or vase
- Bamboo diffusers (six to eight)
- Essential oils
- 1/2 oz. vodka
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
Select a glass bottle with a small neck and opening to hold the bamboo diffusers and oil.
Add 12 drops of scented essential oils of your choice, water and vodka to the glass bottle.
Add bamboo diffusers to the bottle. If they have a sharper end, keep that end up.
Allow bamboo skewers to sit for 30 to 45 minutes so they can soak up the oils, then turn them over.
