- Cutting board
Instructions
Place the lemon on cutting board and cut into sections. You can cut the lemon however you wish, as long as you end up with lemon wedges.
Place the lemon wedge in your mouth, except for the rind.
Suck on the lemon wedge for a minute or two, or until the nausea subsides.
Throw the used lemon away and rinse your mouth out with water. Lemon contains acid that can corrode tooth enamel, so it is very important to rinse with water after sucking on or eating a lemon.
Save extra lemon in a plastic baggie and place in your fridge's crisper for later use.
