Take 50 mg of Vitamin B6 and 200 mcg of Vitamin B12. These B Vitamins help to lower levels of homocysteine in patients with Atherosclerosis and work to prevent further complications.
Take around 500 mcg of Folic Acid. Folic Acid works with Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 to lower homocysteine and increase their effectiveness in paients with Atherosclerosis. It's always recommended that you use all three of these together to see full results.
