- 8-by-12-inch rectangle of fabric 1 bag of flax seed filling Sewing needle Thread
Instructions
Fold the fabric in half vertically with the inside showing outward.
Sew across the bottom, then turn and continue sewing up the long side. Tie a tight knot in the thread when you reach the top of the long side.
Turn the fabric right side out.
Fill with the flax seed filling until almost full, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top.
Stitch the top of the pillow closed and tie the thread tightly.
Microwave at 20-second intervals until satisfied with the heat level.
