How to Dilute Tea Tree Oil
To use as a cleaning agent, mix 1 tsp. tea tree oil with 1/4 cup vinegar and 2 cups water. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt in after the other ingredients have been mixed.
To use as an antiseptic, mix 4 oz. witch hazel with one tsp. tea tree oil. You can also use tea tree oil undiluted as an antiseptic.
To use as an anti-fungal, mix 1 oz. tea tree oil with 1/2 cup tea tree oil.
To use as a topical application, mix two parts tea tree oil to one part alcohol (vodka or antiseptic alcohol). For example, you could mix 2 tbsp. tea tree oil and 1 tbsp. vodka.
