Pre-made contact lens solutions can cost more than $10 for 16 ounces, but you can make your own for about one-twentieth the cost. All you need are saline packets and hydrogen peroxide and you are in business, saving a lot of money each year on your eye-care costs.Things You'll Need
- Sinus Rinse Packets (Wal-Mart's Neilmed brand comes in a 50-pack and costs around $8.) Hydrogren peroxide (32-ounce bottle costs less than $1)

Homemade Contact Lense Solution
Open the container of sinus rinse packets and drop four individual packets into the hydrogen peroxide bottle.
Allow packets to dissolve completely, and gently shake the bottle of hydrogen peroxide to mix thoroughly.
Store the bottle in your bathroom, and use it to keep your lens cleaning case full.
