- Sinus Rinse Packets (Wal-Mart's Neilmed brand comes in a 50-pack and costs around $8.) Hydrogren peroxide (32-ounce bottle costs less than $1)
Instructions
Homemade Contact Lense Solution
Open the container of sinus rinse packets and drop four individual packets into the hydrogen peroxide bottle.
Allow packets to dissolve completely, and gently shake the bottle of hydrogen peroxide to mix thoroughly.
Store the bottle in your bathroom, and use it to keep your lens cleaning case full.
